Hello im having troubles with my gamemode getting it to start for some reason, im really confused and dont really know how to word it out to explain it to you guys, Here is my problem its reading my gamemode as unknown because of this problem also.

Run time error is mostly caused due to fail plugins.
Re-check your plugins line in server.cfg and also check if you have added all plugins.
