Well when i buy a car and i drive around in it and it either blows up or i enter a interior and come out the colour of ym car changes every time how could i change this ?

Are color1 and color2 set to -1 in CreateVehicle or AddStaticVehicle?

Yes some of them are set to -1

Setting a car color to -1 makes it random. That is why when it respawns it changes color. Simply set it to a number 0-255.
