Hello everyone i decided to make an elections system to choose the mayor for example any way

people will go to apply {with a number i mean not all the server can become a mayor}

then an admin later will use a command /startelections

a dialog will appear giving the name of the people applied so players can choose the mayor

My problem is : i don't know how to put the names of the people applied for the mayor in the dialog and how to make
them apply

i don't mean anything but how can i add this in dialogs because i want to do the following the names of the players applied to the position their name appear in list dialog how i can do this ?
