I have been saw alot of peoples that allredy have the 0.3e objects and allredy map with them.

I want to ask how can I get this objects and use them,

There is no way to use the 0.3e objects on MTA?
And 0.3e need to bee installed?

You can't use 0.3e objects on MTA. Well you can but it doesn't work properly.

Can you please give me any Tutorial to use the Map Editor,It's complicated and I cant understen this program.

Objects created by the SA-MP team will not be implemented in MTA, it is two different modes. The way you can use 0.3e objects is with the Map Editor linked in the post above.
