Hi!
I'm new to Linux VPS Server, which also would say that I don't really know how to open the folder I downloaded. I've followed the tutorial, on SA-MP Wiki. But, im stuck at this step: "Configuring your server". Becuase I don't really know where the package got extracted. So, this text wouldn't work on puTTY: cd /home/user/samp03.

It most likely got extracted to your home folder, if your'e logged in as root do : cd /root

Do cd /root

This will place you into the root directory.

Then download the linux package, and start your server by: ./samp03svr &

Hope this helps you.
