Hello, how can new objects in SA: MP 0.3e RC 6 in MTA?
EDIT: I posted and the MTA, but there's no one answered.

If you mean how can you use 0.3 RC6 objects in MTA, then you can't unless MTA adds them to their program. MTA and SA:MP are developed by two different people.
