Hey. when I try and connect to a server I can not move my mouse like to change my costume for example. but I can move my mouse around but it doesn't move but like it will go red when I hover over something where my mouse is supposed to be but it's not. How can I fix this?

Most likely you have bugged/transparent mouse.png located in GTA: San Andreas folder. Reinstalling SA-MP should fix this problem.

Try reinstall SA-MP and if the problems still don't solve , try to reinstall GTA SA
