Well, the problem is, in my server "FIRST 3 CONNECTED PLAYERS" Can use "some" commands and for other it shows "SERVER: Unknown Command"
What could be the problem?

Most likely from an outdated plugin. Remove any trace of the sscanf plugin from your server directory, and script. Now go download the latest one, install it again, re-compile your script and see what happens from there.

Did as you said, Still the same problem.

I have only 2 plugins which are sscanf and streamer.

I even tried removing the sscanf and re-compiling, But still the same.

Few commands works for few players, But for few it shows "SERVER: Unknown Commmand."
