I just connected to my server mentioned that my id is way too high than is should be. When I checked scoreboard, there were player ids: 2,3, then nothing and then from 17 till 33. Better look on the screen:

The id are random,it's possible there was over 30+ players online and quitted,and the server gave you the id 31.
