I don't see why you posted this. This doesn't seem like a question, more like a statement.

Your pawno might be corrupted in some way, just get the server package and drag the pawno folder into the folder.

PS: Plus, if not correct, this has nothing to do with scripting, other then its the program, so this would more or likely be the wrong section.
