Few years ago, I signed a contract with some ISP, that was very, very good one. It turned out that there was some problem and they couldn't fix it. So I had to download WHOLE year with the speed of 30kb/s. Imaging how long does it take to download a file with size of 1GB...
Anyway, contact your ISP and if they can't fix it, change your provider.

I have a router with an internet of good speed..but the router has some problem so i am using another ISP at home..which has very less speed .
