Hey ! I made a nice Gamemode with admin commands and saving files. There is no jobs , no dealerships. There is a bank script and that is pretty much it. I downloaded few days ago a nice GM and i've modified it quite a lot and people cannot recognise it. It have more things that my own GM and i plan to use the downloaded GM as my main GM.

My question to you is : Should I used the downloaded GM and modify it until NO ONE recognise it and keep the credits ( tell me if i can do that xd I dont know lol ) or take my own Gamemode and take about a month to add everything that the other GM has ? Which one would be the better ? why ?

No one really cares if they can't notice that it has been edited. Just don't tell people you've edited it. But keep the credits inside the .pwn file.
