I have seen in a server that players guns' are being hanged on their back! How do you do that?

sometimes i found this on Filterscript Section while i'm going to Click the new thread, try to search on Filterscript Section.

With which name do I search? I searched "wear guns" and also "hang weapons" but nothing was useful there...
