Hi I would like to know how I can speak through to my server without going online

E.G Admin: Hi

You can use an irc echo channel https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=98803

Find an irc server or use the one SA-MP is using, irc.foco.co:6667, register your nick "/msg nickserv register" then register a channel "/msg chanserv register" and configure irc.pwn so it loads onto your channel.

Most server hosts have a thing called server console. Just click on that and type whatever you need to tell people.

Its should work if you type something in your server console,

If you have Volt host, it would be at the top right and click that and type, it will say: Admin:Test
