Do you use router ?. If you use router you must do a port forward.

If you don't use router, http://www.whatismyip.ro/ . Copy your ip and add the port. eg. 44.78.196.55:777 ..

oh i have same problem, i have router but i using Wifi becouse i have latop
and when i typing my ip address it's not working i think i need do a port forward can u tell me how i do that?

If you have a directly ethernet cabel from the wall to the computer then you dont have to portforward. If you have a router then you gotta go to your router ip and learn how to port forward via www.portforward.com.
