when i open on my local server it says error runtime error gamemode unknown . i just reinstalled the pc

Then there is something wrong. Check if your gamemode lines match your gamemode folder. You could be missing a plugin, there could be several things wrong from the information you gave us.

We are not magics to know what happen.. Post more info. And as Walsh said, check if GameMode is in GameModes folder, in the same server folder where server.cfg is, and check the capitals on the name.. If gamemode name is"lol" you can't write "Lol"...
