I need help creating a speedo but not a number speedo I need to make like a needle roate around a point on my screen. Is this possible? How?

I need to make my own as I have custom code to go with it, Downlading a script would mean I would have to go by his funtions and this could get very confusing. I just need to know how to work out how much the needle has to turn but working this out I can do the rest.
