I had someone use a Sparrow or SeaSparrow and tows my vehicle like a tow truck, set for he use a helicopter instead?

you could tow a car with a sparrow, but as soon you try to lift up, you will lose the car. so you need a timer to continuously reattach the car to the sparrow. have a look at https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/AttachTrailerToVehicle
