Wouldn't it make sense if people are always trying to figure ways on securing peoples accounts since they use the same password to have a unique registration system.

For example, when someone is prompt for their new password, they've got to put letters, numbers then a symbol.

And then if someone else does it or they relog, it could be in a different order, so it does it at random.

Either letters, symbol and number or symbol, letter and number. The chance of the letter, number and symbol being in the same order as their original password is decreased, and they'd probably just create a unique one instead.

Nope, too much hassle, but banks use something similar - they give a string of letters/numbers to the customer and ask for a randomly chosen ONE character when logging in/calling and ADDITIONAL security measure, and it's totally enough
