Today i tried to start my SAMP Server and it got stuck at "Number Of Vehicle Models" and wouldnt load any longer, Help Please?

What else should load? For most of the scripts 'Number of Vehicle Models' is the last print on the console, so your server is good to go.

My server does not show up, and yes i have port-forwarded I will try localhost

Is your IP something like 192.168.*.* or not? Don't post your IP here.
