What does it do?
This filterscript changes randomly both weather and time in every 5 minutes for all players.

btw, the file name is Automatic_Weather_and_Time, you must add (.rar) with no brackets..
And it may like this Automatic_Weather_and_Time.rar

It looks like you have downloaded it from Solidfiles,
solidfiles did not add the .7z at the end, sorry about that.
I have 4 links there, check the others, they have 7.zip at the end.
