Hello, i have a problem with loading GTA:SA. It was working normally until I installed nVidia Driver. When I click twice on GTA icon it doesnt have any reaction.

any suggestions?

Check Task Manager to see if it is running already.

Like ^^ Said looking in services and see if it is running if not i suggest restarting your PC/Laptop, or downloading SmartClose it is a program that stops all of your services.

It is not running. i re-installed GTA but the same problem.

i tried to restart my PC already.

What about reinstall it and get another and then try again?

Before make this (make a back up) Delete gta.set and then try, if it wont work place it back again.
