I'm just wondering how to add, how to see or how to get the function list on the side in Pawno program. Mine's looking like this but I've seen people on e.g. ******* having a whole bunch of functions there...

It's a compatibility issue with Windows 7/Vista. Try running Pawno as administrator and the functions list should appear.
