Test it at other servers see if you are having problems.

Also check if its not working at single player.

Remove your mods re-install sa-mp delete gta san andreas user files.

are from win7
but your right becouse i got win 7 myself dont have any problems so it hast to do something with the Gta/samp
bet he needs to tells us if his single player crashes two (it would be helpful)
