first of all, when i transfer the plugins from my computer to the FTP that say FAILED TO TRANSFER, and when i run the server, the mode isn't loading, it apperas like that :

Yes because you need plugins man, try to upload them frm the control panel of your hosting provider if you have one...

i try that too, that tells me "access denied"
anyway, when i transfers file for type .dll or .so that tells me "fail to transfer the file", what should i do ?

No, some hosts have plugin installers, for example volt host.

Well Plugins are need in your server.

If your host have plugin install than good.

Well Basically you need to know that your host has windows OS or Linux OS.

If your host has Linux OS than you have to add " .so " in every plugin name in server.cfg.
