Hello im currently had the version of R3 and after i heard about that R5 fixed some problem i want to get it,but the problem is i dont know how to update,should i remove my whole SAMP files or just download it like usual?

Just download it, then transfer all your filterscripts/gamemodes/plugins/scriptfiles to your new one.

No.

Download R5 and replace your R3 samp-server.exe, pawno.exe and samp-npc.exe files with the R5 ones.

Start samp-server.exe, open the server list, click your server, boom. Your server version will be 0.3c R5.

you forgot announce.exe and he also needs to update the pawno/includes for R5

Just download the R5 package and put your scriptfiles/gamemode in the downloaded R5 package.. along with additional includes and plugins like sscanf or streamer.
