If you want to test the gamemode on your computer you can use wamp or xampp which offer SQL.

all of those 3 offers a mysql server. they are free and easy to use.

i tried freemysql but it does not work
because it says unknown connect

Any external database host will make your server lag like shit, so it's not an option at all.
