Howdy,

I have recently been handed some tips on what would create a great admin, I mean anyone can become one, but try work on these values to succeed with your work in administration, hope it helps a little bit:

An admin should be:

• Responsible - They should set an example to players on how to behave and follow the rules at all times.
• Mature - they shouldn't act like a 5 year old, kicking people that 'annoy' them for example.
• Experienced - it helps if they have experience. If it's their first time being an admin they may feel 'worried' to kick/ban people, but let them know it's what they do.
• Helpful - They should ALWAYS help new players.
• Committed - They should be committed to the job. They should want to be an admin to help the server, not for the power.
• Respectful - They should respect higher level staff and of course the owner.
• Fluent Language - It's no good having an admin that doesn't understand what 'How do you earn money?' means.
• Informed - No good having an admin that doesn't know all the commands. This one down to you to inform them.
• Reliable - No point in saying one thing and doing the other, try to do your best to help the server improve, being successful to peoples requests will be the main key to becoming a reliable admin.

They should also know their rules and servers, no point having an admin who doesn't know where the arms dealer job pickup is.

Sure it's always good to have fun, but if you want to create a successful server, you have to include the guide to get you where you want to go, create fun for your players also I suppose, after all it is a game which is meant to be played for the entertainment of all.
