I know many SA-MP testers are LS-RP admins, but why do they can and we can't?
I don't want this to finish in a flamewar and a forumban giveout, but why does 0.3c R6 wasn't public released?

No it isn't. And even being, that's not really the point. It could be a discussion about a missed release from 0.2x, but I'm still wanting to know the reason they omitted it from us.

Probably because it's a big server with many people and testing it makes it easier. So when it's done and working fine, it will be available for rest of the public.
