I was just wondering...

The server NGRP is hosted by NGG, which is a registered LCC (sort of company).

They use for their server their own script, which is scripted from scratch I suppose, so it belongs to them.

If somebody would steal it, and host their own server with, can NGG sue them?

No, due to no one holds the title deeds apart from rockstar.

Its not from scratch...its a SA-RP edit.

NGG can't sue you,but sa-mp staff can take your server out of the Master List.
