i wanted to make a dynamic faction cars which can removed/create

how to read each line from one file
and loads car
in the file maybe look
carid, fid,carmod, x, y, z ...
and create them and only be enterable by the fid

Take a look at LoadStaticVehiclesFromFile in your server dir -> Includes -> gl_commons.inc.
