Where can i create a playlist with the songs i want, for the 0.3d radio system? (for free ofc)

you can make your own playlist on ******* ( you need to register to get able to make playlist )
just go to your fevorite music video on *******
for example Bruno Mars - Lazy Song
than under the video you will see a buttom called: Add
after clicking this buttom a ruler will pop up from the down window(screen)
with the music video picture on it, and your done, now you can go to other music videos and do the same
