Well...I searched endlessly trying to find a solution to this one, but i have come to a conclusion:

No one has ever got this error before...So instead of sitting there and do nothing, as you can see I created an account on here..and I'm hoping to fix it as soon as possible to get back to gaming...I miss the game :P

Uninstall CLEO.

Ummm I actually tried everything. Before this Error I had 2...Fixed them with the older topics...this is not the case cause:
-Cleo Fully deleted.
-DYOM(Design your own mod) is deleted
-Enbseries is out
-Pretty sure it's not a mod cause i haven't installed any new mods lately
-Had ****** To be honest, uninstalled it
-Tried changing compatibility
-Ran As Admin
-Renamed the Gta SA file
-Put the Gta SA file on desktop and relocated it.



P.S.: It's a loading problem really...For both SP and MP...last 5mm of the loading, it freezes for 1-2 seconds and crashes...

Well I guess I have no choice then. CD is not with me atm..I loaned it to a friend. I just thought there would be an easier solution for this.

This is still not fully solved cause you guys still haven't concluded the cause so i think you shouldn't lock this yet...maybe see if someone has a better solution?

It's using both SA-MP and GTA SA or only SA-MP? If only SA-MP try upgrading.

Ummm both. They both crash on the same exact loading spot in the bar.

single player doesnt have loading bar when u start it

Yes it does. When you get the slideshow of pictures with the theme music in the background. It's in lower right, right where the SA-MP one is supposed to be. Oh it's the exact same loading bar.
