G-Stylezzz MySQL plugin R6-2 on Debian 5
#1

Hi everyone!

I'm using a VPS (86x) (Debian 5) to host my SA:MP server & I've been trying to fix this bug/problem for the past week.. I've searched the forums, messed around with everything A LOT but still couldn't fix it..

When I start the server the MySql plugin doesn't load, it gives me this error;
[17:39:46] Loading plugin: mysql.so
[17:39:46] Failed (/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.11' not found (required by plugins/mysql.so))

I've tried the R5 version, which worked great and I've tried the latest version on Ubuntu instead of Debian and it worked great as well.. I'm confused.

Please help me, thanks in advance!
Alex.

Had the same problem with two seperate CentOS boxes, updated everything everyone said to and the problem never went, just ended up using an old version of the plugin.

If you compile it under root access on the intended server it will work, but I have no idea how to do this, if I could I'd do it myself.
