Hello, I need a slide system for cops (Must be GF Freindly and Scripting Noob Freindly)

I saw a FilterScript where anyone can slide down a rope from a Helicopter, And I liked that idea, But I also noticed that anyone can use it, I want it so that only cops (And FBI) can use it.
