Did u check Thrust VPS they are really cheap, even cheaper than 12€. And they offer a great a support.

12 euros is a lot, don't we have an SAMP hosting site in the forums here? it shows u all the trusted hosters.

20 servers? Not on a VPS, you need a dedicated server for that. They are a lot more expensive. You asked for 3 servers. A 512mb VPS should do it.
