I don't know why that happen. I was updating my little server for days without turn it on. Today I tried to start, and showed that:
Ps.: With or without plugins, wathever, dosn't work. I tried to change the GM.amx to other gameserver fold, and like I was thinking... Don't work either. But if I get any other GM and put in the gamemodes (change first in server.cfg), will work fine. So... I think the problem is in the GM ;x

Something wrong with the plugins I think, it didn't load.
Are you using the right plugin? .dll for windows and .so for linux

The problems is in the GM, I guess...

You are using Linux or Windows? If it is Windows , then plugin would be like this.No .so between that.

When the gm starts, it's just activate the OnGameModeExit (tested with printf)... the GM starts and disconnect :S
And is something inside the GM, i'm sure of that

Your GM maybe is corrupt, causing a problem with it starting, go threw other GM's then go threw your GM and see if something is different on startup ( OnGameModeInit )
