I have a slower pc, and i cant install any linux operating system.
I using Windows 7 Home Premium ( 32 bit OP ) and using Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express for
*.dll compile. ( The *.dll plugins works on windows. )
I find a tutorial, but not works fine on Linux hosting.
Or there an easy way to compile a .so on Windows?
Thanks.

Actually, Kinda off topic, But. Linux is actually quicker than 7 on slower machines. I have run Linux (Ubuntu) with 256 MB ram and it worked really well. Windows 7 can't even install with that amount.
