On my server they are abusing each other but the server only goes back so far is they a way i can save all the commands used and by who on a notepad on the server files

You could always fire the abusing administrators.. and yes, it's called logging, and you can use the unix timestamps. (Use the search function, there's a tutorial on it)

Well your server console should say every command used by a member on your server, printscreen them as evidence enough to fire them

How am i sapost to use unix timestamps. sorry im still a learner scripter.
and the server log gets cleaned out (serverffs does it cant stop it) after every restart
