Lots of times on ps2, and like 1 time on pc.

Several times actually. I first beat the game without cheats, then I used cheats and then without again. I kept doing that over and over again. Obviously, without the cheats it is a little more difficult than you would think but it's possible.

2 times without cheats, once with cheats (but when I got to a certain mission I started a new game). I never played the story since late 2009.

Gotta say, this game is pretty nice.

Guys, I think nobody of us finished it completely! Complete = all stunts, all girls by 100%, all nearbymissions like trucker...

But if you count it from the story...
2 times with cheats, 2 times without!
