I want to ask people which program is best for .pwn server scripting (more compatable, have more features) I know only pawno.

Pawno. You don't need anything else, but Notepad++ with the settings configured to work suitably with Pawn is quite good too, search for the tutorial on how to do it on the forums if you're interested.

I find pawno much more easier to work with than notepad++, they both are good, though.

I use pawno, but Cake Pawn has better features. Like, it doesn't make indentation problems when you undo your script in large amount. It also has a built-in color generator.

Pawno. I use Notepad++ for things like searching for multiple things you need to change, etc. It's good for writing includes too.
