If i get my own color codes off http://www.colorpicker.com/ -- How can i add them to my script, ?

Copy and paste the color and just add "0x" to the front.

Example: A3314D = 0xA3314D

I don't think so, because the format is

( Exception : 0.3c colors )

Tested with :

Results in Cyan ... ( AFAIK, I think I had that before )
