Soemting is wrong with my servewr.It is hosted on serverffs and the commands like /v /weather/weapon/skin/time etc etc are anabled for everyonne...Please explain me what to do...

That Isnt The Server Thats your Coding. Try This IsPlayerAdmin

It is not becouse it was working perfect before till someone got acces in my controle panel and fucked eerythign.

Check your gamemode inside and check these commands if the admin permissions have been changed.
