How long will a script with the Following Features take to complete?:

Business System
Admin System with alot of commands
Hospital System
Dynamic Faction System - Allows the Owner to create a faction in game -Police,EMS,FD,News,Hitman,Gang,Organisation or Prison Guards
Chat System - /ooc /b /s /low /cad (/companyad) /ad (/advertise) /local ( you can also just type something in T with no commands to talk Local IC )
Players Spawn At airport when they first join
Players get a tutorial when they first join explaing shops,gangs,factions
Anti-Cheat - Will detect airbrakers as well (Also will detect Mod ******)

My Scripters think it will be complete by 2014 But I doubt that.

It matters on how quick you're programming it, but I'd say at least 2 weeks without major bug testing.

It wont take long with a person who knows that they are doing. If they think it'll take that long then get better scripters.
