Sounds like Our rights are being restricted further, if this happens it just means that what we do on the internet can be tracked back to us for lets say..... uploading a ******* video with music on it then having us sent to jail and fined what $100,000?? ... Hmm

I'm not a US citizen, but Steam has this option to upload pictures made ingame.
If you bought the game legally, why not post images from your gaming experience ? That's free advertising for game developers.

Not fair at all...
Like Seriously in germany we already got problems with music groups and stuff that we can't watch on *******,
but this just is rediculous....(though I wonder how it affects other countries uploads[the bill])
That's like banning free advertisements for your stuff(atleast the gamesection)
and for the music industries, I understand thatone somehow but that they want to strictly don't want ANY use of their music NOT EVEN KARAOKE?(like wtf thats riciculous)
If that goes into law there will be a whole lot of trouble...

Well only for US, thats why UK wins over it :3 We aint gonna pay, we will have freedom to upload and people in US have to pay and ask? lol pretty "lame"
