You can run a basic SA-MP server (no MapAndreas) on a 128MB VPS. I've even seen people running it with 64MB's!

As for bandwidth, i'm running wine on 100GB (webserver, 3 20 slot servers).

Make sure you disable all unneeded services. (some VPS's come with LAMP pre-installed, uninstall if you are not going to use it)

So you guys think volt-vps.com is the best website to host a SAMP server? Is it reliable and so if I want to run a 50-60 player server I would need about 1GB Ram and how much bandwidth? Also can you guys tell me what to expect what is best kind of VPS and so on, thanks.

well the best vps isn't going to be an easy thing to tell you what it is, companies run the servers on different hardware, thus making it a better or worse vps, price vs quality usually the more expensive vps hosts give you more bang for the buck, whereas $10 for a vps will be fine for a sa-mp server but for 50-60 players you are better off renting a server from a reliable server host with good networks, no lag and good up-times.

Do they accept credit cards? Or only paypal? Thanks.

I wouldn't suggest you to pay more than 10$ for vps with less than 512 RAM. (But its pretty hard to find something as good as this :P)
Also make sure you have at least 256 RAM, it will make you feel secure. (at least 512 if you want to host forums and ventrilo on the same host).

Volt VPS is a good choice for game servers from what I've seen in the past. I happen to know some of the staff / support (I designed the site a few months ago), who work there and they're all very knowledgeable about running game servers, especially on Linux. The servers are pretty unloaded as well running on the Xeon Nehalem platform (which is good for game servers).

The 1GB plan should be good for you if you want to run a larger game server (50 slots). The Volt VPS 1GB plan should be enough to hold around 50 players at a constant rate (an active 25 players on all the time for a month uses 300GB of bandwidth). If you're planning on running forums / ucp / a web server / vent / other game servers, you may want to upgrade to 2GB just to give yourself some extra room for growth for processes such as Apache (which work better when you give them more memory).
