1. Go to no-ip.com
2. Create and account
3. press Manage hosts
4. click add host
5. then leave everything click submit (change the website name)
6. Now when you host a sa-mp server or website use this as ur IP: <W/e u picked>.<no-ip free domain>.<something>
7. Then go to No-ip downloads section press DUC client then download
8. leave that up 24/7 it will update the IP so you can use that as ur IP or website

This thread is pointless. You should not be hosting a server at home (where you normally find dynamic IP addresses). Nor should a "hosting company" host servers off of dynamic IP addresses; although I'll bet that's what "Cosmic Hosting Solutions" does...

But seriously, this is a bad tutorial, and I wouldn't like hosting with you if you use 1 computer for your website plus the other servers your hosting.
