If anyone gets that running, can they please send me their whole entire server folder?

There's a main() function, I've got all includes, I can't see nothing wrong. What other things can cause this to happen?

Well, I have the same gamemode, and its running perfectly, all you need, streamer plugin, Put it in "plugins" and, in server.cfg.
