I've been sitting on my ass for a while so I decided to randomly make something I would of thought I'd of seen on more server's then what I have thus far :P. Getting drunk in SA-MP, rofl!
I got the basic idea from CrazyBob's server, please don't kill meah D:. Anywho's so I've got the 11 bars you can get into and drink at that're spread across SA ready to drink at. When you go in a bar and enter a checkpoint, you'll get this menu:
To make an order you press t to talk, type in the number you want (for example, 1 is for beer) and press enter. If you don't have enough money you'll get that sound you get when you can't afford stuff at an ammunation.
Once you've started drinking...
You'll get this thingy in the corner, which goes away when your sober again:

Don't reach .40%, that's a given. So that's pretty much it, go get drunk 
!
