INTRO:
Hi! This is an unfinished gamemode by me. Also, this is my first gamemode.

- The server has a News script.
- The server is based on 0.3c colors.
- The server is based on dialogs.
- The server use ZCMD.
- The server use Icognito's Streamer.
- The server has a very nice textdraw.
- The server has 3DTextLabels.

COMMANDS:

/TELES - Teleport menu.
/KILL - Suicide command.
/CREDITS - Credits menu.
/RULES - Rules menu.
/LVDT - Las Venturas Down Town (spawn place).
/AA - Old Airport Stunt by YangOn (aka Rock4Life).
/TUBE1 - Extreme Tube Stunt by YangOn (aka Rock4Life).
/DRIFT1 - A super drift map for you by YangOn (aka Rock4Life).
/VCMDS - Vehicle comands, like: /nos /boost /fix /flip /vup .
/HELP - Help dialog.
/MYCOLOR - Unfinished command to change your color.
